7 Week Health Improvement Programme delivered by Cancer Focus for those living with a cancer diagnosis or have previously had a cancer diagnosis.
Starting Friday, 6th October 2023 – 10am to 12 noon @ The Oak Healthy Living Centre.
The course will be user led but can cover a range of topics such as welfare advice, nutritional and physical activity information, counselling support and sign posting.
